When creating your property page you can easily pay for it at the end of registration through our secure payment system. Should you wish you create your listing and pay later you can do so and the next time you login to your account you can pay then to activate it. Checks and bank transfers are acceptable also. Creating your property page on akilar.com has been made easy for you to accomplish. Step 1 registers your account. You can stop at that point and go back at any time to complete. One suggestion is to look at other properties and note the different areas where you will write descriptions of your property and the area around it. You can have these ready in advance. The same goes for the pictures you would like to put on. You can (click here) and view suggestions on taking the best pictures to promote your property abroad.

Managing your property page has been made simple. There are 5 sections to your management control panel which you arrive to once you login from the homepage.

• "Add Another Property"
  With this you simply click this link which will take you to a new property page. Once complete it is the same payment method as your original property except for less
• "Edit My Listing"
  In this section you manage the listing page completely. Make changes to text and descriptions. Once you save any changes it will take you to the picture edit page. If you have no changes on the listing page just click save at the bottom to go to the picture edit page.
• "Edit My Account"
  In this section you can make any change in your personal section such as passwords, contact details or method of contact.
• "Sign up For SMS Messages"
  Simply that, follow the instructions and sign up for free sms text for booking enquiries.
• "Rental Bookings"
  In this section you manage your bookings to update your availability calendar
• "Owners Advice"
  In the section of the site "Owners advice" it explains completely about renting your property. From sample booking forms to what you need to furnish your home with to prepare it for your rental clients. (click here) to go straight to this advice page.
