The duplex has access to the outdoor swimming pool complex. This three bedroom semi-detached duplex is located on the outskirts of Torrevieja, in the south Costa Blanca. Torrevieja is a thriving coastal resort, with magnificent sandy beaches, parks and gardens. Peace and tranquillity is as easily found as entertainment and fun. The duplex is situated within 10 min walking distance to the La Zenia beach and 3 championship golf courses within 10 min drive. The property is well appointed and luxurious, with a fully equipped kitchen , one bathroom with jacuzzi.

The duplex being a semi-detached has a great advantage of being an end house with fantastic views all round. The duplex is situated in the popular area of La Zenia about 5 kms south of Torrevieja, it is a 15 minute walk to the blue flag La Zenia beach, the beaches at Playa Flamenca and Cabo- Roig are also a short walk either side of La Zenia beach. There is a very large supermarket 3 mins walk from the house from which you can buy anything you may need to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Also within walking distance there is a large variety of bars and restaurants offering excellent cuisine and value for money.For any sporty guests the Orihuela Costa resort it is on the way to the beach with facilities like tennis, football, and a large swimming pool and sun loungers all at a very reasonable cost. For golfers there are 3 excellent courses within 10 mins of the duplex, the winning Villamartin, Las Ramblas. and Campamor. Airport transfers can be arranged .

Beach Life

The Costa Blanca or white coast has some of the cleanest most picturesque beaches in Spain. Tourism is the main industry in the country so no corners are cut in making the beaches look superb, and at the end of every day they are cleaned and raked ready for the next day.

On some of the bigger beaches you can hire sunbeds and parasols for the day , they also have lifeguards on them with first aid posts. In the summertime there are beach bars so that you can always get a cold drink if you need. One. Take heed of the flags that are flying because the tides can rip through in certain areas, if you are unsure ask a life guard.

The beaches tend to be busy in the morning and evening because the locals avoid the midday sun, if you do stay there all day remember to apply sun lotion at regular intervals so your relaxing holiday will be pain free.

There is a 1 week minimum stay on bookings.

A non-refundable deposit of 100 pounds is required at time of booking, the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. There is a 65 euros charge for the cleaning of the house, which you pay, direct to the key holder on depart, this is not included in the rental rates. A £100 deposit is also required for damages which will be sent by return after the property has been cleaned and inspected on departure.

The property must be vacated by 12 noon on day of departure if another booking is due on your departure day, should there not be any new guests arriving you are welcome to stay until you depart for your flight. The duplex also as colour TVs in each bedroom and has a cot and a highchair. Car hire can also be booked with special rates when booking this property. Please ask for details.
