Sidney 2 Bedroom Apartments are front line and within a small walking distance of La Cala de Finestrat beach. This two bedroom apartment has 2 balconies, one with beach views and the other overlooking the communal swimming pool. The apartment is very modern tastefully furnished with 2 leather sofas and glass dining and coffee tables. There is air conditioning/heating(metered), large flat screen TV with DVD player. The main bedroom has an en-suite and there is a separate w/c shower room. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, all cooking utensils etc are also provided. The balcony is equipped with table and chairs for 'alfresco' dining. There is a communal swimming pool which converts to indoor use when the weather gets colder. The beach bars restaurants are within a 2 minute walk. |

The resort of Cala de Finestrat is located 5 kms south from Benidorm. Finestrat is a friendly resort with plenty to do which is ideal for both families and couples and still within easy reach of Benidorm's many attractions & nightlife. Finestrat is known as Benidorms best kept secret and still retains its Spanish atmosphere. Offering excellent restaurants of varied cuisines, along with many outdoor bars and cafes a few steps from the beautiful sandy beach. You will find supermarkets, tapas bars, and restaurants within a small walking distance of the apartment. There is a large shopping center 'La Marina' on the outskirts of La Cala Finestrat with many designer shops along with restaurants, Cinema & Bowling. (don't forget your credit card). The beach of Cala Finestrat is beautiful and safe for children with life guards on duty during peak season.

There is a refundable deposit of £150 added to the rental payment and a fee of 50 euros for changeover/linen.
A £200 deposit is payable on booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before travel.
Air con is metered at 1 euro = 2.5 hours use. The swimming pool is covered and heated in the cooler months. You may find occasionally we loose some or all TV channels. This is normally the result of a thunder storm and we will try our best to correct any faults but can't guarantee. Please be aware at certain times of the year as with all swimming pools in Spain essential maintenance may be required. This, you will appreciate is out of our control. In this situation you will be offered keys to access another apartments swimming pool. |
