Ideally placed for families, friends, walkers and cyclists. The attractive communal pool is for use of the residents only and has plenty of room for sunbathing, ideal for a dip after time on the beach

This recently built apartment block has the benefit of light airy rooms, marble floors and attractively furnished throughout with pine furniture.

The lounge dining area has the benefit of satellite TV and patio doors lead on to balcony;, separate fully fitted kitchen electric cooker, ceramic hob, fridge freezer and plenty of storage space.

The separate utility room has a washing machine and room for drying clothes. There is the addition of a downstairs toilet and washbasin

There are 2 bedrooms with twin beds and a family bathroom; and the master bedroom has double bed and en suite bathroom All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables.

There is plenty of on street parking outside and around the nearby hotel Oro Playa

This apartment is ideal for the elderley or infirm as it is all on one level
