Nearby facilities include large supermarkets, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. It is in the heart of a golfer's paradise with courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor within 15 minutes drive. The world famous La Manga Golf resort is 45 minutes away. The apartment, is on two floors. The first floor containing a large lounge and dining area, with an alcove under the stairs containing a sofa bed, a central ceiling fan and air conditioning. Also a large well equipped kitchen, toilet, utility room and terrace. The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin, plus air conditioning as well. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes with chest of drawers. Each bedroom has shutter blinds and security grills. There is also a hairdryer for guests use.

More Info Playa Flamenca is situated on the mediterranean coast 6 km south of Torrevieja adjacent to the N332 Alicante - Cartagena. The area is surrounded by safe sandy blue flag beaches. The nearby town of Torrevieja is 28 miles South of Alicante on the Costa Blanca, with its fine sandy beaches. This area boasts of 300 days of sunshine per year. Torrevieja is a typical Spanish Town, with an expanding harbour and marina. Torrevieja caters for all tastes with bars, restaurants, an aqua park, go-cart tracks etc., whilst Orihuela Costa is preserved for the more discerning family atmosphere. Explore its hinterland with Historical Orihuela and typical Spanish working towns close by. Families with small children catered for, highchair, travel cot and car seat are available. Golf This apartment is within 30 minutes drive of 6 18 hole golf courses. Villamartin, which has previously hosted international competitions, Campoamor and Las Ramblas are all within 15 minutes. A 45 minutes drive south will take you to the renowned La Manga International Golf Resort. Handicap Certificates are required at some, but not at all, of the nearby courses. All courses speak English. Enjoy all year round golf in pleasant surroundings coupled with a quiet and relaxing break by the sea. Info Murcia Airport has now extended its international flights to the UK and is 20 minutes from the apartment. Car Hire facilities are available at this local airport. More Golf Ideal for a Golfing Break with 6 18 hole courses within easy drive, all with varying degrees of difficulty, and all offering excellent facilities at the 19th hole. All the courses speak English. Surrounded by restaurants, bars and other local amenities, this location provides the best of both worlds with good golf and a pleasant break by the sea.
