Area InformationLa Calma apartments, Alameda del Mar are located 5km south of bustling Torrevieja on the Orihuela Costa. It is a 5 min walk to the nearest beach which is situated between the blue flag La Zenia beach and Punta Prima beach. 2 minutes walk from the apartment are two large well stocked supermarkets, shops and several banks. Also within walking distance are a variety of bars and restaurants offering excellent cuisine and value for money. Torrevieja has a very large market in the centre which is on every Friday morning. Playa Flamenca also holds a market every Saturday morning which is within walking distance from the apartment. The Costa Blanca boasts 320 days of sunshine per year. If you want a holiday that is both relaxing and active then this is the place for you.
