Area InformationPanorama Golf is in Villamartin on the Orihuela Costa which is in the South of the Costa Blanca. This area has a much drier landscape with open sandy beaches and palm trees. The warm Mediterranean Sea gives it a perfect winter climate with average temperatures 10C above the UK. The World Health Organisation rates the area as one of the healthiest in Europe. The area has 2 salt lakes, home to many wildlife and flocks of flamingo’s as well as designated areas of conservationBeachesThe apartment is perfectly placed for many local beaches including La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Torre de la Horadada. There are also many quieter coves to explore both locally and further afield. The beaches are famous for their long stretches of soft white sand and sparkling clear Mediterranean Sea and they have European Blue Flag status for clean beaches and unpolluted water.GolfVillamartin is home to one of the best Championship Golf Courses in the region and which has hosted the Spanish open on more than one occasion. The 18 hole course at Villamartin is a par 72 and 6037 yds, the Club also boasts tennis courts, pool, bar and a fine restaurant. There are several other courses in close proximity. Las Ramblas 18 hole is 10 minutes away and a par 72 5697yds and has a bar and restaurant. The 18 hole Real Club de Golf de Campoamor course is a par 72 and 6056yds, this has a bar and restaurant with stunning views of the local area and the Mediterranean. La Finca 18 hole course is 20 minutes away, a par 72 and 6049 yds, there is a clubhouse, bar and restaurant. Special Notes for this holiday Apartment rental in Villamartin Holiday rentals in Villamartin, Orihuela Costa / Torrevieja Costa Blanca / Alicante* A £100 non refundable deposit is payable to secure the booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to travelling. If the bookings falls within this period then full payment is required. A security deposit of £100 should be sent together with the balance. This is to cover loss of keys and breakages etc and will be returned/shredded within 2 weeks of your return subject to keys being returned and no damage being reported by the agent.Cancellation Policy - prior to 8 weeks no charge, deposit will be refunded; 4-8 weeks 50% refund; 2-4 weeks 25% refund; less than 2 weeks prior to travel no refund * Rates include use of facilities etc. Bedlinen and house towels are provided, guests are requested to supply their own beach/pool towels. A cleaning charge of 55 euros based on 4 people (with an additional charge of 10 euros per extra person is payable locally on arrival. Normal Check in after 2pm and check out before 10am. However, this is flexible depending upon the preceding/following booking. Departure time can be agreed with the agent. Long term lets by negotiation and last minute discounts may be available, please contact the owner for more details. Duration of less than full week will be charged on a pro-rota basis plus the cleaning charge. Clients should obtain the necessary travel/holiday insurance as the owner cannot be held responsible for loss, cancellation, injury etc. Airport collections available on request and cots can be hired. Property is on the first floor and has 38sqm private rooftop solarium complete with BBQ, table with 4 chairs and 2 sunloungers. There is an additional table and 2 chairs on the balcony. Guests are requested to only smoke in the external areas of the property. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience. Cots can be hired on request. Airport transfers can be arranged. A pack of basic essential groceries can be purchased on your behalf, payment for this to be made on arrival to the agent. |
