This stunning villa is situated in the country side with Mountain views and has a 2 metre wall surrounding the 5,000 sqr mt gardens with electric gates and 4 Video security cameras and alarmed. It is a 5 min drive from the Village of Coin which is 20 minutes drive from the coast and from Malaga airport. There are at least 40 restaurant and bars in Coin which is a typical Spanish village with lots of Tapas Bars, Fish Restaurants, International Restaurants, also within a 5 min drive to the villas there is a shopping centre with a Spa and Gym Amongst its many features are under floor heating in all bedrooms and bathrooms Central music system piped in to all bedrooms and lounge Sky TV Open Fire in Lounge (Great for Christmas) Large Fully Equipped Kitchen Dishwasher,Washing Machine ,Dryer,Oven and Hob,Micro wave,Coffee Machine,American Style Fridge Freezer. Large Terraces. Out side Dinning, BBQ,Bottle Fridge,Electric Toledo Swimming Pool with Salt water, Sun Loungers Tropical Gardens All widows have have Electric Blinds 7 Solar Panels (so no problem with hot water 1000.00 litre tank) This stunning villa is situated in the countryside just outside Coin. Accessed through electronic gates the property is totally private and secure and has four CCTV cameras for further privacy. The courtyard has ample secure parking for up to 8 cars. The villa is surrounded by 50,000 sq ft of landscaped gardens with lemon, mandarin, cherry and olive trees. The private salt water pool is a key feature of the property and is ideal for enjoying the long hot Spanish summers. Sunbeds and parasols are provided around the pool. There are 5 bedrooms (3 en-suite) and 4 bathrooms (master en-suite has a double jacuzzi and walk in wet room). The 2nd bathroom has both bath and shower and the the others have showers. All have under floor heating and there is a music system in the ceiling of all rooms. Hot water is in constant supply provided by the 1,000 litre tank which is powered by 7 solar panels. The master superking size bedroom is extremely spacious with patio doors leading out to its own private terrace overlooking the pool, gardens and mountains. A fantastic en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi for total relaxation and a large wet room. There is a further double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a private terrace overlooking the pool. There is a twin bedroom and single bedroom both sharing a separate shower room in the hallway . On the ground floor there is a study/double bedroom and en suite shower room.

Local Information

Casa Margarita is situated just outside the lovely town of Coin. Coin has a real Spanish feel with many tapas bars, restaurants and an excellent market on Saturdays. In the town centre you will find a relaxed atmosphere, and many local Spanish shops. Two large supermarkets and a shopping mall are situated just outside the town. Coin is just 35 minutes by car from Malaga airport, along main (if winding!) roads. There is plenty to see and do within a drivable distance of the Villa - Granada and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada are all within 2 hours drive, and Seville is 3 hours away. Closer to home, Alhaurin El Grande is 20 minutes away and is a bustling market town (on Thursdays) and has more great restaurants and bars. Monda is 10 minutes from Coin and its Moorish Castle is a memorable place to watch the sunset with a cocktail. Surrounding Area: Costa del Sol is known as the sunshine coast and for good reason. With over 300 days of sunshine a year you will rarely be disappointed with the weather when you visit this coastline. There is far more to this coast than sun, however! The sophisticated resort of Marbella is around 30 min drive away where you can enjoy its fantastic shops, the famous Orange Square and beautiful beaches or enjoy the stylish harbour of Puerto Banus. You will find beaches only a 10 min drive away where you can walk along the promenade or venture into the myriad of streets where you will find lots of shopping, tapas bars and restaurants. Gibraltar is about 1 hour away and worth a visit especially for tax- free shopping. There's lots to do and see in the surrounding area - golf courses, beaches, wind surfing and tennis. The pool and gardens: Spain is all about outdoor living. We are sure you will enjoy spending most of your time in and around our salt water pool or eating al fresco at our outdoor terrace which also has its own barbecue and dining terrace. There are sufficient shaded areas when the sun gets too hot and the terrace is illuminated in the evening for outdoor dining or relaxation. We have spared no expense on our landscaped garden - over 50,000 sq feet with beautiful palm and fruit trees - please feel free to help yourself to lemons for your gin and tonics, mandarins or olives for your cocktails! The gardens are large enough for a pre dinner stroll or to find a place of peace of quiet. Ski: The Sierra Nevada mountains are only a two hour drive away from Villa Margarita. Golf: Golf is one of the key attractions for this development. The Costa del Sol has the perfect climate all year round, offering some of the greatest golf courses in Europe. There is a huge choice of courses in the surrounding area. and you will not have to travel to far from the Villa to find an abundance of them. A visit to this website will show you the many courses within the region - it is also worth taking a drive along the coast towards Estepona and Nueva Andalucia where you will find around 15 golf courses in and around this area.
