On entry to the apartment there is a large lounge /diner with comfy large L shape sofa, Hifi and cable TV (UK channels). Patio doors lead to a large balcony with table and seating for 6 people with views to fields and the Montgo Mountain. The kitchen is of good size and is very well equipped with all modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, Orange juicer, microwave etc. On this level there is a master bedroom with separate bathroom with shower. From the lounge there is an internal staircase to lower level which provides 2 bedrooms and 1 large bathroom. First bedroom has a double bed. Views are to the Montgo Mountain. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds. This apartment has been furnished to a very high standard. Lounge has aircon. Bedrooms have fans.

Javea Information

Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted environmentally near perfect by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.

Old Town. This is the ancient town centre steeped in medieval history which has largely been preserved throughout the centuries. Here you can wander through the maze of narrow streets and small plazas. The Gothic fortified church of San Bartolome dominates the centre of the town. This building dates back to the 15th century, half religious half military. At the side of the church is a beautiful Neo Gothic building which houses the indoor market where you can buy local fresh produce daily. The colourful outdoor market takes place every Thursday in the market place.

The Port. This was originally a fishing community but has now become one of the main tourist centres of the town. Here amongst the modern buildings you will find the ancient quarters of narrow streets with the simple whitewashed fishermans houses. It is a lively bustling area with many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Just the place to sit and sample the local wines whilst watching the fishing boats bringing in the days catch. From the heart of then port rises the majestic structure of the church of Our Lady of Loreto with a roof which imitates the hull of a ship. The modern Nautical Club at the marina has facilities for all forms of water sports.

* Contract Of hire, all bookings are accepted by the owners and are subject to these conditions which are deemed to be accepted in full by the hirer and all persons in the party on completion of the booking form.

* Confirmation, Your booking is only confirmed on receipt of your deposit as per clause 3 of these conditions.

* Payment, Your booking must be accompanied by your payment of 30% of the total cost. The balance, with out further notice, to be paid a clear 12 weeks prior to arrival. If your booking is made 12 weeks or less before arrival date it must be accompanied with full payment. If the final payment is not received by a clear 12 weeks prior to arrival then the owner will consider the hirer in breach of contract thereby cancelling the booking.
