Internal stairs lead you to the first floor with lounge, separate dining area, separate kitchen, open terrace with valley views, large master bed with en-suite bathroom, a family bed with double & twin bed, one twin beds and family bathroom. The accommodation is fully fitted with quality furniture with a sofa bed in the upper lounge, oil central heating, satellite TV and fans in every bedroom. In the grounds there are two entrances with sufficient space for 3 to 4 cars, car port, private swimming pool and gardens. All the bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. They are fitted with either ceiling fans or portable fans. As the property is traditional with thick walls the bedrooms do not become uncomfortably hot in the summer months. On the upper level there is a family bedroom with double and single beds. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the upper lounge which can accommodate a further 2 people if required.

Area Information

Javea is the perfect holiday location for all and is situated on the Costa Blanca Coast. This area is declared by the World Health Organisation as having a near perfect environment. Known as the White Coast there are hundreds of beautiful coves with Blue Flag status stretched along her spectacular coastline. Javea is ideal for the family with our famous Arenal sandy beach offering play areas for children, showers and plenty of trendy bars and restaurants. The Port of Javea has numerous good restaurants & bars stretching the promenade which cater for all tastes and budgets. The pebbly beach offers a number of traditional beach bars where you can laze away the day and evening. The Arenal and old town of Javea are around a 7 min drive. We are within easy drive of Benidorm with all the facilities of theme parks, clubs, shopping, beaches and bars. Denia, Calpe, Altea, Jalon Valley & Guadalest are also close by with Ibiza a ferry trip away. Javea really is a fantastic holiday destination.

Javea & General Area

The Town of Javea has a reputation for being a wonderful, relaxing family holiday resort. It offers 3 unique areas - the Arenal sandy beach, bustling fishing port and historical town full of Spanish culture. All 3 areas offer a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars. This part of coastal Spain has not been over developed and you will find no unsightly high-rise buildings. The countryside is surrounded by an abundance of orange and lemon groves, mountains and valleys. Many of the beaches and coves have blue flag status. Local leisure facilities include tennis, golf, water sports and horse riding. In particular by car, Javea Golf Club is five minutes, La Sella Golf 15 minutes, Moraira Golf 25 minutes and Oliva Nova Golf 45 minutes. On a daily basis there are weekly markets in many of the villages and towns offering a variety of stalls from fresh fruit/veg, olives, cheeses, meats, clothes, shoes, sunglasses, handbags, jewellery etc. Skillful bartering recommended!

* A deposit of 25% is required in order to reserve and book the apartment and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance will be required 10 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. A security deposit of 300 pounds will be required with this final balance which will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period. A Travel Cot can be hired for 20 pounds per week and a high chair for 15 pounds per week. Cot linen to be provided by yourselves. For bookings of more than one week a linen and towel change can be provided for 60.00 pounds per change, advance notice will be required. Linen and towels provided. Beach towels to be provided by yourselves.

* Although changeover dates are flexible most of the year, from mid July through to early September we can only offer Saturday changes with a minimum booking of 7 nights. The apartment is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure in order for inspection, cleaning and linen change to take place. Please note there is an out of hours call out charge for arrivals from 7pm onwards

* LONG TERM AUTUMN & WINTER LETS ONLY £300 PER WEEK - LESS THAN £30 PER DAY!. Are you wanting to escape the winter blues? Having a property built? Wanting to buy a property at your leisure? Long winter lets from October to Mar are available at special reduced rates of £200 per week plus utilities, minimum stay 6 weeks. Bookings are now being taken for Autumn & Winter 2008/09. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Although this is classed as a non smoking villa, smokers are welcome to use the outdoor areas for smoking. The villa has been comfortably furnished with two fully equipped kitchens. There is a lovely covered naya on the ground floor overlooking the gardens and pool where you can enjoy dining & relaxation. On the first floor there is an open terrace with lovely valley views where you can relax and enjoy the sunsets. In the landscaped gardens there is a south facing private 8 x 4 swimming pool. The villa is fully installed with fans in all bedrooms, central heating and satellite TV. Long lets are available from October to April at special reduced rates. The World Health Organisation have awarded the climate in Javea as the best in Spain with an average of 325 sunny days per year. This, together with an excellent selection of bars, restaurants, beaches, striking coastline and top quality accommodation guarantees you a memorable holiday. Come and experience it for yourself!
