Our villa is set in a quiet residential area of Moraira, only 10 minutes' walk to the nearest sandy beach. Moraira is the jewel in the crown of the Costa Blanca, the coast that stretches from Valencia to Alicante on the Mediterranean coast. Alicante and Valencia airports are one hour's drive. Villa Casa Blanca is set in a quiet cul-de-sac ten minutes stroll through quiet lanes of oleander, bougainvillea and pines to the nearest beach and restaurants. Caf√?¬©s, restaurants, shops, sandy beaches safe for children, gorgeous mountain scenery, traditional Spanish villages, arts-and-crafts markets are just minutes from Casa Blanca with its spectacular pool and sun terrace. Stylish Spanish shopping in Valencia and Alicante, world-class golf courses, tennis are along the costa Blanca which has one of the best climates in the world, according to the World Health Organisation. Aqualandia and Terra Mitica, great for children, are less than an hour away. Moraira, the ideal spot for a perfect holiday.

What to do...in or near Moraira

Take a trip over the Cumbre del Sol (15 minutes) for spectacular wild country and coastal views and visit Altea (30 mins), a superb hilltop town with its lovely blue-domed church and central square. Inland drive up to the magnificent mountain-top fort at Guadalest, the Vergal Safari Park near Denia and Europe's largest palm forest at Elche. Children will love Terra Mitica (Spain√Ę‚?¨‚?Ęs answer to Disneyland) and Aqualandia Water Park 45 minutes away. A 10 minute drive over the hills behind Moraira with amazing views down to the coast takes you into the Spanish interior with its Roman terracing, olive and almond trees, vineyards and orange groves.

* To make a reservation, please transfer 150 Euro to the account in Moraira noted on the simple booking form that we will send you in reply to your enquiry. Please also complete and return the form. These rates are net and are for the rental of the house. They do NOT include house cleaning and laundry charges which are payable in Moraira. Please ask for details and booking terms. see below.
House clean: There is a charge of Euro 65 for preparation and cleaning before your visit - payable locally to our villa manager.
Laundry: you are welcome to bring your own sheets and towels. If you do, there is no charge. For sheets and towels that we provide, there is a charge of Euro 13 per head per change of laundry, also payable locally in During summer, there is a charge for water, gas and electricity of 5 Euro per night. In the winter when central heating is in use, the cost is 12 Euro per night. This is payable in Moraira AFTER your arrival.
**Summer bookings are taken Saturday-Saturday but we will try to accommodate you outside the busy season (July/August) by accepting midweek arrivals and departures in other seasons and for last minute bookings. You are welcome to ask and we will do our best to help where we can.
** Reservation procedures:We ask for a 150 Euro down payment to secure your booking. The balance of your house rent is payable one calendar month before your arrival in Casa Blanca. On arrival, you may be asked for a deposit against accidental damage refundable on your departure. Well behaved pets (with well-behaved owners) are welcomed.

From the living room and double bedroom, there is immediate access to the sun terrace, swimming pool, dining porch and Spanish-tiled barbecue. Casa Blanca-arriba has a dining-living room, one double and one twin-bedded bedroom, attractive shower/bathroom and fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher with terracotta floor tiles. There is a shaded garden with pines and a line for drying clothes. The house is well equipped and comfortably furnished with local wood and rattan furniture. A very, very pleasant, relaxing area. Hidden away and although up a slight hill, really not a problem. Very gentle walk into the town. Very clean accomodation and very spacious in the pool area where the shady cover is really welcome. Spanish barbeque a real treat if you intend cooking a few meals yourself. Kitchen clean with all amenities. Shower has excellent power and easily regulated. Villa is very clean and cleaned once a week and pool cleaned once a week aas well.
Moraira itself is a very acceptable town. Seafront prices can be high, but there is enough choice to suit every budget. There are excellent Paellas available. Not too great on the tapas in March.
Market once a week is a real treat (or go to nearby town if you intent shopping twice a week). Supermarket just on far outskirts of town (where market is held) stocks everything you want from fresh meat to freshly caught fish and shellfish. Really friendly Spanish people in the Supermarkets and on the Market stalls. Beach in Moraira is wonderful, and all the Restaurants we visited were very friendly and relaxed..lots of local expats at the one at the bottom of the hill though. Out of the hustle and bustle of nearby Calpe which has grown far too big for my liking.
Would definately go again. I want to go again !!
